THE PRESIDENT
Engr. Akah Godwin Chukwudi
(Ozowaara Onaa 1)
Chief (Engr.) Akah Godwin Chukwudi (Ozowaara Onaa 1) is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jorqueciel Petroleum Limited. He hails from Okpatu in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State, Nigeria. His academic journey began early, gaining admission at the age of sixteen to study English Language and Literary Studies at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he graduated among the best students. He later completed his NYSC in Sokoto State, where he taught English Language at Sokoto State Polytechnic.
After his service year, he worked with Ibanit Services Limited, a shipping company in Port Harcourt, where he served as General Manager. On February 9, 2009, he left Africa for Dubai in the United Arab Emirates before moving to South America, where he taught English Language at a university in Ecuador. He later migrated to Canada as an immigrant and continued his academic advancement after becoming a landed immigrant.
In Canada, he attended Emery Adult Learning Center in Toronto, where he obtained his Ontario Secondary School Diploma. He proceeded to George Brown Polytechnic, where he studied Building Renovation and Technologies and graduated with distinction. He later worked with several building renovation companies across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) before returning to the same institution to study Business Administration and Project Management.
Having gained international exposure, he understudied the Canadian oil and gas sector and returned to Nigeria with the vision of replicating global best practices. This led to the establishment and growth of Jorqueciel Petroleum Limited, a company focused on innovation, safety, and service excellence. He is widely described as an astute businessman, technocrat, philanthropist, and visionary leader committed to development and industry transformation.
THE VICE PRESIDENT
LOLO (Mrs.) Quintyrene Affoue Akah
Mrs. Quintyrene Affoue Akah is the Vice President of Jorqueciel Petroleum Limited, where she plays a vital role in supporting the strategic vision and administrative coordination of the company. She is a dedicated leader who contributes to the growth, stability, and operational effectiveness of the organization through her commitment to excellence and service.
She is deeply passionate about humanitarian work, with a strong focus on child development, family support, and community empowerment. Her work reflects a commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals and ensuring access to opportunities that promote dignity and independence.
Within the organization, she supports the promotion of core values such as integrity, safety, diversity, and professionalism. Her leadership style is rooted in compassion, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility, which continues to positively influence both staff and stakeholders.
Through her efforts, Mrs. Akah continues to strengthen the human and social foundation of Jorqueciel Petroleum Limited. She remains a key pillar in advancing the company’s vision of excellence, inclusiveness, and international standards in service delivery.
